I am an Executive Coach and founder of The Human Advantage. I am a mum of two boys, married to Chris since 2007 and live in the tennis home of Wimbledon, SW19. I am officially the worst at tennis in the family but still claim the skiing trophy, for how much longer I am not so sure!
A lover of travel and exploring new places, I have always been a “people” person, looking to hear what makes people thrive and understand different perspectives of the world.
Finding coaching was like an epiphany for me. It has brought together my interest in people and commerce in a way that I could not have imagined. I truly believe that I am a better leader because I have been trained as a coach. I regularly apply my coaching practice in various ways, with teams, with clients and as an individual following my passions and developing my career. I believe that people work at their best when they can be true to themselves, ultimately also better for the organisations in which they work.
I am a dynamic coach and bring extensive commercial experience to all my coaching conversations. My coaching style is founded on data points drawn from a variety of sources, both external and internal to the individual. I work with people and teams to view themselves and their world with a different lens. By working in line with their personal values and goals my clients can create an energy and momentum that could not otherwise be achieved. My approach is commercial, yet compassionate, purposeful and practical.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in transformational coaching and am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I am also a qualified chartered accountant with an MSc from Bristol University in Management Development and Organisational Change.
I have created The Human Advantage to bring a human-centric approach to business that enables both individuals and organisations to thrive in today’s working world.
I also work with associate coaches and consultants where required. All associates have extensive commercial backgrounds.
